terms of service

welcome to celestial. by accessing, purchasing, or using any celestial product or service, including our software and website (the “service”), you agree to comply with these terms of service. if you do not agree, you must immediately stop using the service.

acceptance of terms

by accessing or using celestial, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms, all applicable laws, and any additional rules or policies referenced herein. if you do not agree, you are prohibited from using or accessing celestial’s products or content. all celestial materials are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

eligibility

you must be at least 18 years old or of legal age in your jurisdiction.

restricted access: employees, contractors, or affiliates of riot games (valorant), faceit, valve corporation, or any company involved in anti-cheat development or enforcement are strictly prohibited from purchasing, accessing, or using celestial products. unauthorized access may result in account suspension and legal action.

license and use restrictions

celestial grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service for personal, non-commercial purposes only. you may not:

• decompile, reverse engineer, hack, patch, or otherwise modify celestial software.
• use celestial products for commercial purposes.
• transfer, resell, or distribute paid materials to third parties. Unauthorized resale of celestial products is strictly prohibited. There are no authorized resellers, and any third-party offering our products is doing so without our permission.
• engage in any activity intended to damage, disrupt, or discredit celestial or its products.
• provide false, misleading, or incomplete information during application, registration, or purchase.
• use payment methods not registered in your name.

violation of any of these restrictions automatically terminates your license and may result in account suspension or permanent bans. upon termination, all downloaded materials must be deleted.

refund policy

All sales of celestial products and services are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. This policy is in place due to the nature of our digital products. While exceptions may be granted at the discretion of a developer or administrator, they should not be assumed or expected.

for subscription-based products, any compensation for lost time or service interruptions is also at the sole discretion of a developer, administrator, or other staff member. this compensation is not guaranteed and should not be assumed by the user.

account suspension and termination

celestial reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and revoke your license at any time for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms of Service.
• Attempting to decompile, reverse engineer, or hack our software.
• Engaging in fraudulent activity, including the use of unauthorized payment methods.
• Sharing or distributing confidential information.
• Any behavior that is disruptive or brings unwanted attention to celestial or its members.

We also reserve the right to cease the provision of the Service, shut down the Service, or remove a user's access at any time, without reason or prior notice. This decision is at our sole discretion, and we are not obligated to provide an explanation. In the event of Service termination, we are not liable for any inconvenience, loss of data, or damages. Users acknowledge that we hold the authority to discontinue the Service without assuming any responsibility for potential consequences.

Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately, and all downloaded materials must be destroyed.

intellectual property rights

All content, features, and functionality of the Service, including but not limited to the celestial name, logo, software, code, and design are the exclusive property of celestial and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are not granted any right or license to use these without our express written consent.

disclaimer of warranties

celestial products and services are provided “as is” and remain under development. celestial makes no guarantees or warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or outcomes from the use of our software. use of the service is at your own risk.

limitations of liability

celestial is not liable for any damages, including but not limited to:

• loss of data or content
• loss of income, profit, or business opportunities
• damage to reputation
• indirect, consequential, or incidental damages
• in-game bans, temporary or permanent restrictions, cooldowns, or any bans issued in leagues, tournaments, or competitive events

users are strongly encouraged to take proper precautions when using the software.

prohibited behavior

the following activities are strictly prohibited:

• uploading obscene, hateful, offensive, political, or religious content
• disclosing private information of others
• sharing copyrighted content or trade secrets without permission
• advertising third-party products without written consent
• disrupting the operation of the service or other users’ access
• evading bans, site controls, or administrative instructions
• creating multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions

user-generated content

You are solely responsible for all content you upload, submit, or share through the Service, discord, and similar. Content you submit represents your views alone, and we are not liable for it. We may review and, at our discretion, remove or modify any content without notice. All content submitted may be reviewed by our staff and subjected to third-party verification services, including spam prevention. You are advised not to submit private or confidential content.

media rules

Your content represents celestial. By creating or sharing media related to our project, you agree to follow the terms of use, license, privacy policy, and behavioral rules outlined herein.

media guidelines

• Videos should be of acceptable quality; cinematic masterpieces are not expected.
• Audio must be clear and free of noise or interference. Background music is allowed but should not overpower the voice.
• Long-form content (e.g., youtube videos) must have a minimum resolution of 1080p.
• Short-form content (e.g., tiktok, reels) must have a minimum resolution of 720p and requires prior approval from a celestial administrator.
• Content promoting gambling services, illegal websites, or other unlawful activities is strictly prohibited.
• Constructive criticism is allowed but must be directed privately to a celestial administrator or support. Online forums, discord, videos, or other public platforms are not appropriate for critique.
• Direct or indirect insults toward celestial, its team, or other projects are strictly prohibited.
• Guides or tutorials that cover topics already available online are allowed, but complete copying of another creator’s content is prohibited.
• Do not include any actions that may violate laws or regulations.
• Content showcasing "closet cheating," where a user appears to play the game legitimately without displaying or promoting the use of cheats, is permitted without adherence to all standard media guidelines. This exception applies only if the content is not used to promote any other provider, product, or service.
• Always use the official logos without modification, unless you have received express first-hand permission from the administrator.
• Represent the celestial brand professionally and accurately.
• When showcasing celestial, include both a link to our project and reference the official name.

links to third parties

celestial may provide links to external websites. we do not control these sites and are not responsible for their content, privacy policies, or practices. use third-party sites at your own risk.

advertisements

third-party ads may appear on the service. advertisers are responsible for their own content. celestial is not responsible for errors, omissions, or legal compliance of any advertisement.

changes to the terms

celestial may update these terms at any time without prior notice. continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the current terms. periodically review these terms to stay informed.

governing law

these terms are governed by the laws of Curacao. disputes will be resolved under the applicable courts and legal system of that jurisdiction.

confidentiality

all celestial-related files, software, tools, documentation, and information (“confidential information”) must be kept strictly private.

you may not share, distribute, or disclose any confidential information to third parties, including friends, online communities, or public platforms.

any breach of this confidentiality requirement may result in immediate termination of access, suspension of accounts, and revocation of licenses, as well as potential legal action.

this obligation remains in effect even after termination of your access or use of celestial products.

community conduct and confidentiality

• bringing unwanted attention to celestial, its products, or its members is strictly prohibited.
• reporting or “turning in” other celestial members to third parties or anti-cheat entities
• creating or distributing unauthorized promotional celestial content or videos

violations may result in immediate loss of access to celestial software, community resources, and any associated accounts, and potential legal action.

indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless celestial, its developers, administrators, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the service or your violation of these Terms of Service.

severability

If any provision of these Terms of Service is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining terms and conditions will remain in full force and effect.
